COMENTARIO:

Sting participó en la primera jornada del Festival de Jazz de Nueva Orleans, que tenía un cartel francamente abrumador en el que se incluía también la presencia de Aretha Franklin, Aerosmith, John Mayer, Sheryl Crow, Jimmy Buffett, Jack White, Beck, Aaron Neville, Lionel Ritchie, David Byrne y Jack Johnson. También participaban en el Festival la banda de San Antonio, The Last Bandoleros, que giraron con Sting durante gran parte de su tour anterior “57th & 9th”, y que ahora aprovecharon para participar nuevamente en el show de Sting para hacer coros o tocar el acordeón, como en el caso de Percy Cardona. En el set únicamente se mantuvo un tema de su penúltimo trabajo discográfico, el hipervitaminado “Petrol head”.
