Sting participó en un concierto benéfico que anualmente organiza uno de los abogados más populares de Estados Unidos, Mark Lanier, creador a su vez del gabinete The Lanier Law Firm, el cual anualmente organiza eventos benéficos que ya han contado con la presencia de Bon Jovi o Miley Cyrus. En el festejo navideño de este año Sting fue el invitado estrella y el dinero que se recaudó con su actuación se dedicó íntegramente para programas de ayuda para la gente más desfavorecida de Guatemala.
